If you are unfamiliar with "Death Vigil" (which you very well might be because it's indie), let me give you an overview:
The comic is created by , who is otherwise known for his work on Witchblade, The Darkness and Aphrodite XI and maybe a bit lesser known for Ravine and Sunstone.

If a story that includes Undead, Necromancy, the Grim Reaper and Lovecraftian Horror as well as a good sense of humor sounds like fun to you, do give this comic a shot.
